1. Platform Purpose

Aspimate is a matchmaking platform designed strictly for students and professionals to find compatible roommates and rental accommodations. We are NOT a real estate broker and do not own, manage, or verify the physical properties listed by users.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Aspimate, you confirm that all information provided (including habits and identity) is true and accurate.

⚠️ Safety First: Aspimate verifies emails and phones, but we do NOT conduct criminal background checks. Always meet potential roommates in public places first, verify property documents yourself, and never transfer money online without seeing the room in person.

3. Code of Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Creating fake profiles or misrepresenting their identity.
Harassing, abusing, or spamming other users.
Using the platform for commercial real estate brokerage or mass-marketing.
Uploading inappropriate, explicit, or misleading photos.

Violating these rules will result in an immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities if necessary.

4. Limitation of Liability

Aspimate provides a platform for users to connect. We are not responsible for any disputes, financial losses, or damages that arise from agreements made between users offline. Any rental agreement is strictly between the tenant and the landlord/roommate.
